One day workshop, for AMG HMs and senior Teachers from all AMG Schools, was conducted at Visakhapatnam. We invited Mr. Nirmal Kennedy, Management Consultant from Chennai for conducting the workshop. The HMs and the senior Teachers were very happy to learn new insights into management techniques and expressed that the points learnt by them will help them in their daily work and they hope to improve their performance and will add value to their work output.

In order to help and encourage and empower one Polio affected woman to become self-sustainable and settle in life, without becoming a burden on another person, Ms. Bujji, a Polio affected woman approached AMG Director to help her with a Motor for her Sewing machine, which will greatly help her to increase her work output and also improve her income through sewing, AMG Director and Vice-President gave her a Motor for her sewing machine and appreciated her determination to become self-reliant and without becoming a burden on someone but lead an independent life. We wish her all success in her endeavours.

Ms. Ramalakshmi is working in AMG Junior College, Bheemili. Her parents arranged for her marriage. As her parents are daily wage workers, she approached AMG Director for providing help for the marriage. In view of the poor economic condition of Ramalakshmi and knowing that performing marriage will involve unforeseen expenditure, AMG Director gave her financial help and clothes for marriage.

Mr. P. Eswara Rao is working as a Teacher in AMG High School, Bheemili. He approached AMG Director for financial help for his marriage on the 27^th May. As marriages in Indian culture involves much expenses and Eswara Rao is from a normal income family, AMG Director gave him financial help for his marriage and wished God’s blessings on the young couple.
