Food packets given to Migrant workers walking to their villages.

These workers have been to different states / towns etc in search of work. Many of them have gone to their working places alone and left their spouses and children in their villages. Now, because of the country-wide lockdown imposed on 24th March, they waited for some days, but now these people are not able to stay back, as they have no work / no income and no food available and want to go to their villages to see their families/ children. As there are no buses/ trains, they began walking (in some case hundreds of kilometers) to their villages. Many of them have no money, but do not want to stop. AMG staff have given them food packets to give them some strength in their Himalayan task.
