This Hospital was established in 1985 in a peaceful and healthy atmosphere. It is located in wide area of 27 acres. It is a 60 bed Hospital having all modern equipment and excellent Operation Theatre with A\C and all surgical instruments.

Here, we have Doctor’s chamber, Reception room, scanning room,  Tonometry, Biometry, Refraction room, Pharmacy and laboratory with all types of  modern equipment.

Starting from its inauguration at an average of 8000 per annum nearly 1,92,000 OPD is reported and at an average of 1000 surgeries per annum nearly 24000 surgeries were done till 2009.

Free Eye camps are conducted in surrounding villages/ areas of the Hospital up to 100 kms. The camp OPD is 8000 per annum and the camp surgeries are 1200 per annum i.e. in total 28,800 up to now.

Here, we have special attention towards leprosy patients. We do nearly 3000 cataract surgeries yearly and we correct the Lid deformities, which is a common problem with leprosy victims. In our camp program, we do free eye camp for children, school goers like school-children camp. We also conduct eye camps for oldage homes, Tribal, Leprosy victims and poor & needy.

Free food and accommodation will be provided to the patients and the attendant person with him.The CBM is financially helping this Hospital for all its needs.
