AMG Junior College for Girls, Bheemili : was started in 2001, to facilitate poor girls, from Bheemii and surrounding villages, to continue college studies, after completion of High School, in AMG Residential School, Bheemili. In the past, they had to undergo many difficulties to go to Junior colleges at far off places, in order to pursue studies. As a result, many parents were not sending girls to study in other towns for fear of girls’ safety and the cost involved.

Dr. John David used to say, there is no religion and no caste system for poverty. Students from all castes and religion are given admission. Only qualification for admission in AMG Schools and Colleges is, that they should be lower income group families. We conduct regular tests to assess the standard of the students and weak students are provided additional coaching, to make the students fully equipped for their examinations. Some of our former students are now working as Engineers, Doctors, Lecturers, and Government officers etc.
