Most of the people come from very poor economical background. Many of the people depend on agriculture labour, company workers and daily wage labor. Due to insufficient work in the agriculture field and companies, many people migrate from their native place to other place for labour work like tobacco, cotton and other companies and cold storages etc. Their income is not sufficient for running their families. In this situation, AMG established training center by name Susanna Deichmann Project. Here they learn how to do Embroidery on sarees, how to do Painting on sarees, tailoring, stitching of Leaf Plates, candle making and chalk pieces making etc.etc.

Former-Kalavanthulu Project:-

1) Awareness Meetings for Young Girls & Women.

2) Vocational Training for school dropout girls and women.

3) Rehabilitation: - They are given Wet Grinders and Financial help to start shops.

4) Homes for the aged women.

5) Marriage helps for their daughters.

6) Education: Their children are admitted in AMG schools for good education, character building and personality development for a bright future.
